SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. In some cases, processing may take up to 2 weeks depending on demand. If there are any delays, we’ll keep you informed and communicate updates on your order.
At this time, shipping is available within the United States only.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
To request a return, please contact us at sales@gofastmafia.com . Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Damages & Order Issues
Orders should be inspected upon delivery. Any claims regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Exceptions may be made for verified defects or shipping-related damage.
Final Sale
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds
All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–14 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
